Zabbix: Upgrade for Addressing Critical Vulnerability

In Zabbix versions 6.0.30, 6.4.15 and 7.0.0 a critical severity vulnerability CVE-2024-36461 was detected. This allows attackers to overload the system and make it unavailable by consuming excessive resources through the Banzai pipeline.
